Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.
Q: Do you sell wholesale?
A: Yes we do sell wholesale, $50 minimum purchase for wholesale buyers. We will also need your resale tax number. Returns Policy: After receiving merchandise you have 7 days to return any defective items.
Q :How do I checkout?
A:At the top of the website go to ViewCart
1. View Cart- click on this.
2. Scroll down to the bottom of the cart, it says Proceed TO CHECKOUT>>, CLick on this
3. Fill in BILLING ADDRESS ( name, email, Company etc...)
4. Do you have a promotion code? Type the Promo Code
5. Click on... Proceed to Step 2 ( it is highlighted in Blue)
6. If your Shipping address is the same, Click on... Proceed to Step 3 ( it is highlighted in Blue)
7. Click on... Proceed to Step 4 ( it is highlighted in Blue)
8. Payment Method- Click on the open Circle Check/Money Order, then Click on... Proceed to Step 5 ( it is highlighted in Blue)
9. Click on Cofirm( it is highlighted in Blue)
